Your Excellency,
On behalf of the Czech Bishops´ Conference I would like to offer our heartfelt and deep condolences to the the mourning families and to the close ones of the victims of the fire which struck the Winter Cherry complex in Kemerovo.
I would like to assure you that we remember not only the victims of this immeasurable tragedy, but also the injured ones and all those affected by this tragic experience. We are particularly touched by the death of numerous children for whom a time of enjoyment within a moment turned into a prison with no escape.
